Trained and mentored 12 junior officers through the successful completion of their professional qualifications. Project Management Demonstrated impeccable organizational skills during the development and execution of 3 Geospatial Intelligence conferences with over 300 participants from military and federal agencies to research and collaboratively develop effective geospatial and environmental solutions for decision makers with a constrained budget. Identified multiple common IT network issues across U.S. and coalition networks due to updates made to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency's architecture. Successfully developed a strategic plan to improve the future capabilities of Geospatial Intelligence to support decision capabilities for military, interagency and partner organizations, and coalition partners.
