QUALIFICATIONS: Able to quickly learn computer-related tasks and problem resolutions, and document procedures involved in their execution. Obtained Windows NT 4.0 MCSE and Windows 2000 and 2003 Server MCP certifications, as well as becoming an IBM Certified Deployment Professional for Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 5.x, then began studying and implementing servers on TSM 6.x and clients through 7.x once my employer informed me that they preferred practical experience to certifications. Have acquired over 25 years experience working with computers on multiple platforms, ranging from mainframes to PC networks. Have accumulated over 15 years experience working with Tivoli Storage Manager, and over the past 10 years have implemented and administered TSM servers on multiple platforms, ranging from Windows servers (NT 4.0 through 2012) to IBM midrange systems (RS/6000 H80 through Power 8), utilizing both ACSLS and fibre SCSI based IBM and StorageTek ATLs. Have architected backups, archives and DR plans for several thousand client nodes, ranging from all versions of Windows to multiple flavors of Unix to midrange systems.
