Description
Experienced Lean/Six Sigma Quality TQM on executive level, with Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, committed to producing high quality deliverables in improving manufacturing processes by using working knowledge of FMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and process flow diagram with strong engineering Project Management Experience -process optimization, scale up and standardization. Experience in production processes and specifications associated with materials testing/composites and production. Strong knowledge of materials (metals and plastics) and manufacturing processes: heat treatment, welding, sheet metals manufactures CMM reports, etc. VSM, Kaizen design, DOE with implementation of six sigma methodology (DMAIC) and focus on cost saving, quality and value add to the customer. Strong Experience with Aerospace Special Processes - Welding, NDT, Chemical cleaning, Heat Treat, Flame spray, Brazing. Intermediate knowledge of NADCAP requirements for the above special processes. Complete knowledge of AS 9102, AS9000, SPC. Experience with MRB, corrective actions and customer concession submittals
