Summary: I have been supporting hardware / software sales and consulting services in a pre and post sales engineer capacity successfully for 13 years working for EMC, Brocade, Agilent Technologies, Digital Island, and Andromedia. The products have ranged from Global File Virtualization and Migrations, VMware P2V and ESX VM Image backup and restore, Internet Services Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Network Device Monitoring, Application Performance Analysis, Network Services, Managed Hosting, Server Co-location, Web Analytics, Network Management Software, Content Distribution Networks (CDN), Linux Clusters and HPC (High Performance Computing), and BURA. Microsoft Exchange, DNS, Active Directory configuration and day to day maintenance experience. Windows 2008, 2012 Operating Systems experience as well. Extensive Virtualization experience with VMware ESXi.
