Highlights of Qualifications: I am currently living in Minneapolis after working at the US Bank Stadium with the Minnesota Vikings. I was previousley Executive Chef at Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Executive Chef at O.CO Coliseum for both the MLB Oakland Athletics and NFL Oakland Raiders for 8 years. I have travelled supporting new accounts in multiple staes and provinces including: Seattle at University of Washington, MLB playoffs, NFL football games, opening Rogers Arena (Edmonton). 1 Hearst Castle, San Simeon C.A. * Sent from Vancouver the California to assist in the renovation and restructuring of the Hearst Castle daily food operation with the initiative to greatly increase Catering revenues with the new kitchen operation on sight. * Increased Aramark visibility in the region with custom parties as fund raisers for the Boys and Girls Club, Catering for visiting dignitaries and holding weddings on the hilltop at the Roman pool 2005 Executive Sous Chef/ Sous Chef Hockey Place. We achieved 12 million Assisted Executive Chef in coordinating all major events including: Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Reception, World Figure Skating Championships, National Hockey League All Star Game, and National Cancer Benefit Concert. * Part of culinary team that was rated number one in Executive Suites/ Catering food quality for Dollars in sales in a sixteen day time frame hosting
