Highlights of Qualification * 20+ years of strong training, communication, organization, interpersonal and leadership management skills, coaching and employee development * Create and monitor Global Distribution System Strategy, including design, implementation and management of programs and analyses designed to maximize operational channel upsell and optimize distribution expenses * Coordinate intra-departmental activities to maintain production, address problems and monitor quality to identify defects * Experience in partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus, collaboration and implementation of distribution strategies and programs. Practiced safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), and distribution management systems * Dedicated professional attitude mature and willing to work and travel. * Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to make clear and concise presentations to senior management and external organizations. * Self-motivated and efficient at and handling and prioritizing tasks critical to the operation.
