SUMMARY: * About seven years of experience in Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing & Production Support of application software in Mainframe platform. * Currently working as Tech Lead with Tech Mahindra Americas. * Extensive knowledge and experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2, VSAM, FILE-AID, GDG, TSO/ISPF, CA7 (Scheduler), PANVALET, SPUFI, IBM UTILITIES, FTP, MQ SERIES, EDI and EDISIM. * Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodology of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Good domain knowledge of the Automotive and Logistics Industry. * Strong ability in communicating with Development Teams and ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize workload. * Resolving Technical queries and extending onsite support including maintenance and development of the existing architecture. * Design and executing test plans and gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. * Conducting system study and coordinating with team members for requirement mapping, system design, development & integration, implementation, etc. * Working with end to end teams for SIT and with Business users for UAT test phase. * Preparation of Implementation plans and supporting the rollout phase. * Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking and strategic planning skills * Very good exposure to all Quality procedures complying with ISO 9002 standards and CMM - Level 5. * Team player with good analytical, technical and interpersonal skills. * Had three months of training on Mainframe Tools like COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, SORT, QMF, SPUFI, SAR, SPOOL and CA-7 from Nov 10 to Feb 11
