Accomplishments * Changed the landscape of the Children's Sleepwear industry by leading the shift of manufacturing from Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the USA to the Far East. This game changing shift increased margins and was responsible for the labor intense styles offered today that were impossible to manufacture before the shift. * Spearheaded the development of fabric and manufacturing resources from the ground up which was the key factor that allowed American Marketing Enterprises to achieve the position of being the largest licensed children's sleepwear maker in the USA. * Developed the entire back end work flow of American Marketing enterprises. * Designed all functions related to the structure of American Marketing Enterprises including the corporate calendar.
