This professional has thirty-five (35) plus years of construction experience. Has managed projects in sixteen (16) different states. Background is very diversified and includes ground up new construction to seven (7) stories, building additions, tenant improvements of all kind, earthquake and hurricane disaster projects. I have self-performed most of the trades. Industries include Healthcare, Assisted living, Pharmaceutical, Light Industrial, Banks, Commercial, Telecom (switches, data centers, towers, etc.), Condominiums, Townhouses, multi- million-dollar custom homes, residential track homes and various residential home remolding projects. Managed design/build projects for clients such as Seagis Property Group, Liberty Property Trust, Mass Mutual, T-D Bank, T-Mobile, Nextel Partners, Lucent, AT&T, Cricket, Phillips Medical Systems, GE Healthcare, Siemens Medical Systems and numerous other Hospitals and organizations. ADMINISTRATION: Plan, prepare, analyze, document, and manage architectural & engineering staff/consultants. Forecast and track fiscal budget and cash flow for total workforce, facilities, vehicles, equipment, training, and other resources necessary to deliver the assigned construction projects. Coordinate pre-bid and pre-construction meetings with client, architects/engineers, contractors and utility companies. Ensuring compliance with Government, State, OSHA, OSHPD, AHCA and local building regulations. Versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, impending design problems, document preparation, material purchasing, and site management through certification of occupancy. Estimating time and material costs. Maintaining quality and cost control. Conducting weekly owner, subcontractor, and safety meetings. Developing and implementing policies and procedures. Change order & RFI management. Preparing all project documentation. Supervising up to 30 direct reports (field staff, project managers, admin staff, superintendents, foremen, carpenters, and laborers) up to 130 sub-contractor personnel. Training and evaluating all team members and subcontractors on job site safety and conformance to the Corporate Health and Safety Program. Conducting performance evaluations.
