has begun as a general Laborer and continuing to grow within the company i work for.I strive to be better than the rest and not to do a job that does not test me. There is not a day that you don't have a great chance to learn something new or seeing something that you never saw before. I have learned from my superiors how and when to react in situations that are not comfortable for either parties. As a Dairy Field Rep i was constantly working with the Dairy Producers and their livelihood- in good times and in the bad. From pay rates to the everyday problems that would arise in a moments notice. To be the middleman between State and Federal inspectors and the Dairy producers to gain a better understanding for all parties to get closer to the final goal. I also had the responsibility to procure new producers. This is not an easy task it would take countless visits and test by the producer to prove that you were a reliable and trustworthy to deal with financial information. Some would never move but they also became friends. After doing this job for 25 years I was offered the job of shipping / receiving logistics manager job and now has developing into the sales and customer contact I am still using the same tools that were given to myself and what i have developed on my own to help both parties. In the meantime keeping the eye on the final goal for your company and to build trust and loyalty with our present and future customers. This all takes a team effort from everyone involved and does not come overnight. I have also been a firefighter and EMR (first responder). I have always wanted to be there and help when help is needed and/or called for. This has been almost 20 years of commitment and the dedication-love of the job. I thank You for your time.
