Summary: * Over 11+ years of experience in VMware virtualization and Windows Server Administrator. * Experience in build the HP Chassis c7000 & upgrade the chassis version OA, VC -Prod Enviroment. * Experience in build the ESXI server Builds & Upgrades * Experience in handling the VLAN Issues for the Chassis Blades & Physical servers. * Experience in installation and configuration of vSphere 5.0/5.1/ 5.5/6.0 /6.5 products. * Experience in build the DELL\EMC VSAN Data store configuration. * Experience in build the Zerto Replication for DR Servers-VPG&VRA Creation * Experience in Windows 2012/2008/2003 Servers at single/multi domain environment. * Experience in Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Server, IIS (Web Server), FTP, Terminal Server, WSUS, Microsoft Clustering, Exchange Mail Server and ISA Server. * Experience in consolidation, management, administration and maintenance of virtual servers and clients. * Moderate testing experience in Microsoft HyperV and Citrix XenServer. * Experience in Networking and Security Configurations on ESX/ESXi Host. * Extensive knowledge in advance features of VMware VMotion, SVMotion, HA and DRS including vSphere Update Manager. * Experience in P2V, V2V MIGRATION using VMware vCenter Converter / Plate Spin PowerConvert and Creating host and client VM templates and cloning. * Experience in iSCSI SAN, NAS, NFS storage and RAID (0, 1, 10, 01, and 5) concepts. * Extensive understanding of networking concepts, (IE. Configuration of networks, router configuration and wireless security, TCP/IP, VPN, Content Filtering, VLANs, and routing in LAN/WAN, Ethernet Port, Patch Panel and wireless networks.). * Excellent understanding of networking fundamentals and network security. * Experience with server products of HP, IBM, and Dell. * HP Proliant DL and BL series servers. * Citrix Xen App installation and configuration build knowledge of new Windows servers with 2008&2012. * Installation of Citrix Presentation server /Xen app 5.0 & Citrix Client Tools. * Used Power Shell to automate the tasks and schedule backup, maintenance jobs. * Experience in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) * Responded to and resolved system generated alerts related to operating system performance, services, network connectivity, accessibility, and client requested monitoring requests from SCOM, HP Open view., HP Operations Manager. Responsible for installations, configurations, upgrades on their desktops. * Experience with Microsoft clustering SQL Server Cluster and load balancing. * Pro-actively monitor ticketing system and resolve tickets within specified SLA. * Familiar with Data Center/Server Farm environment like Servers deployment, Cabling & labeling maintaining AC cooling, Environmental Sensing Devices, power and UPS monitoring. * Strong communication and people skills, both written and verbal. Able to assess and resolve client issues quickly. A proven record of reliability, the ability to perform under time constraints, and good judgment under pressure. * Ability to maintain a reliable and methodical approach to support and Documentation.
