Profile: * Familiar with computer programing languages C#/C/C++/VB6/Java/Python/.Net/ASP.Net/HTML. * Tool/Fixture Design using Solidwork * Dedicated, Focused, Positive Attitude and Team Player, Quick Learner * Knowledge of ESD parts and cleaning room environment * Reliable, Responsible, and self-motivated * Knowledge of Ms Office Ms Window, Ms Outlook * Manufacturing and Electrical Test Technician * Certified J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620/IPC-610 * Process improvement * Be able to read drawing, set up and operate machine, add/subtract decimal number. * Basic understanding of machining process mill & lathe. * How to use calipers, Micrometer, Comparator for measurement (714)-696-5220 ext. 5220 for new products * Create/Develop test programs for new product to meet the required test parameters using C/C++/VB6. * Create/write test procedures and assembly travellers for the use of production line. * Develop test programs for generating report using VBA/Python/Java. * Initiate ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), drive and review resulting ECO's as required to ensure design changes are effectively identified, integrated, and properly documented * Ability to understand key deliverables and demonstrated ability to manage multiple task/efforts at any given time * Create/Improve designs and supporting documentation for production in collaboration with Engineering when required * Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and report on task and project progress * Improve manufacturing processes by identifying and initiating process improvements for quality and efficiency. * Maintains the data related to test problems and how they were resolved and executed to meet the quality standards * Participates in the meetings and recommends plans for overall development and improvement in procedures, and also reviews and provide details regarding the status of the project. * Define the processes for prototype units. * Maintain company's core value (OTD with high quality acceptance range).
