My objective is to invest my 25 plus success filled years of managing a high energy, fast paced agency & office in the Las Vegas Valley area which I built from the ground up. Over these years I've amassed a client base well over 15,000 customers and 7200 policy holders. I will apply my skill sets in such things as customer service, team leadership, conflict resolution, marketing, planning, and development, with an energetic, kind & helpful demeanor. This will serve me well as a catalyst to success & productivity in my next career step. At the same time I will apply my 20 plus rewarding years, as a proven Team Leader, Coach, and Mentor, where my experience giving back to the community motivating athletes & students at the highest level as well as counseling youth at their lowest level in times of hardship, this helped me become a 5 time State Championship coach, as well as the # 1 ranked private 1 on 1 coach, mentor, & leader in the state of NV on the Coachup.com website. My insatiable appetite for empowering the downtrodden, and instilling confidence in the timid, will be parlayed into one position of employment, when it fits with the overall scope. I hope to be called upon to employ & unleash this fresh presence and passion for developing winners in the workplace at a capacity where I will also remain ever cognizant to know my boundaries & be coachable.
