Career Summary & Selected Accomplishments Vice President / Calvert Program Director, Limai Chinese American (International) School, 2015 to Present. Plan and manage internationally acclaimed Calvert PreK-through-12 education programs within China for the Limai Chinese American (International) School in partnership with Calvert Educational Services. Oversee admissions, marketing, curriculum design, teaching quality standards and staff training for schools throughout China. Recruit domestic and foreign teaching staff, and program managers for each school. Lead staff of 100. Direct all aspects of HR process, including payroll and compensation, employee on-boarding and separation. * Turned poorly organized learning environment into model for successful education. Assumed control over the Calvert Program at Limai School with 41 students enrolled. Staff were not properly trained, there was little to no organization in the program, and resources were limited. Coordinated staff training. Organized team building and cultural difference exercises to bridge the gap between cultures. Problems diminished rapidly. Drove an increase in student enrollment from 41 to 350 in two years. * Implemented two preschool programs (1000 students) and two high school programs (150 students). Integrated HR and operations processes, policies and procedures. Program Director, Kajonkietsuksa School Group, 2009 to 2014. Designed core curriculum for grades K-through-12 for this private bilingual school with both Thai and English language programs. Trained and supported 35 classroom teachers in implementing curriculum for 1500 students. Improved student enrollment by 200%. Opened five new schools in eight years. Headed team of 140. * Applied powerful learning and operational disciplines to create leading education institution and program. Disorganized curriculum was negatively impacting both operational efficiency and student learning and satisfaction. Stepped in to implement discipline and set regulations for staff.
