We improved inventory turns, returns on assets, in-stock rates with a more aligned team and lower transaction, overhead and obsolete inventory costs. * Implemented sales and operations planning processes (S&OP) of demand management and supply planning that increased in-stock rates while reducing system-wide inventory, obsolescence and expediting costs for brands relying on national advertising & promotions as well as local and social media events. * Merged supply chains of RARE Hospitality ($40MM synergy), Yard House ($4MM synergy) and Eddie V's acquisitions. Divested supply chains of Smokey Bones and Red Lobster operating companies.
