PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY * 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, this includes Manual Testing and Automation Testing. * Good knowledge in web based healthcare QA functional area such as claims, recipient, third party liability and managed care for federal healthcare agencies (EDI 837, ICD-9, ICD-10) * Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation. * Expertise in designing and developing strategic Test plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Scenarios, Reports and incident management for both Manual and Automated tests. * Participated in test planning meetings, review and understand business requirements and point the stories during planning meetings. * Manually performed Back-End testing by writing SQL queries. * Actively participated in creating Requirement Traceability Matrices and Test Plans. * Extensive experience in tracking bugs and execution of test cases by using test management tools like ALM, JIRA, Target Process, Clear Quest, Test Director/Quality Center. * Excellent organizational, technical and problem solving skills with a special talent for team oriented assignments, communications, and inter-personal skills. * Ability to support multiple complex projects under tight deadlines often with competing priorities. * A self and quick learner and can learn new technologies very fast.
