Heavily trained in all lines during my tenure at The Hartford. I have been in the insurance industry since 1990 and am familiar with most types of industry. Consultative service is the philosophy followed for the last several years. Strong skills in risk evaluation, hazard identification and problem solving. Large account management from prior carriers as well as many accounts with my current employer. Proficient in computer automation including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. State certified to practice loss control in Texas, Arkansas (Approved Safety Source Rule 31), Pennsylvania and Missouri. Certifications in CPR and AED up to date.
