ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Directed engineering and technical support for international professional services firm while reducing network communication costs by 43%, Time To Repair 73%, Severity Level 1 problems (severe problem where business risk is HIGH) 86%, while improving quality 65%. Introduced Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management and Project Management policies into operation. * Developed IT Governance model to ensure that the effective and efficient use of IT resources better enables the organization to achieve its goals. This includes optimizing both the demand side governance ( what IT should work on ) and the supply side governance ( how IT should do what it does ). * Attained operational and performance improvements, while mitigating risk, by migrating existing data center to a co-location facility and upgrading major core infrastructure components (servers and storage) to a more robust and feature rich technology platform.
