Summary of Qualifications: * Facilitate compliance activities for ensuring adherence to Operational and IT general controls in a global systems environment * Monitor the SOX portfolio and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls and IT governance controls are being followed for key Operational processes and IT services, systems and related components. * Leverage methods and tools to monitor, track and assess overall compliance with ongoing SOX requirements. * Track and resolve Operational and IT control questions and considerations raised by local and regional management * Review the business functions/features of new operational and computing systems to ensure that they meet current legislative requirements and policies. * Plan and manage SOX projects and deliverables. * Ability to work independently and as a team and put in extra effort to provide quality work in short period. * Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and the Role of QA. * Good working knowledge of Agile development environment. * Excellent Organization, Analytical and Problem Solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies. * Good Communication, interpersonal, and Teamwork skills. * Managing offshore team of 4 people, mentor and provide training for the IT Audit processes.
