NCCER and HBI certified. traveled to facilities located throughout central Florida. Projects completed according to ACHA standards. This is not a maintenance position, it was a construction position. Projects included room reconstruction, kitchen rebuilds, tile removal and reinstall, stucco repair, concrete forming and pours, drywall removal and install, drywall finishing, texturing, plumbing, moving electrical, commercial door jamb/door removal and installation of new components. Developed supply requirements, secured product bids, ordered supplies. Managed and worked on projects from initiation to completion. Laid off due to funds reassignment for the next two years. Funds reassigned to meet new ACHA generator requirements.
