Summary of Qualifications As a construction superintendent I have had experience on remolding and upgrading existing facilities, and new construction projects ranging from 5,000 to 750,000-sq-ft with costs up to $125 million. I have diverse experience spanning all aspects of field operations and project supervision. I have had work flow coordination up to 300 employees and subcontractor personnel. I have monitored a wide range of construction and design activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA, the National Electric Code and fire protection system installations as well as ensuring contract compliance. I am OSHA 30 current along with M385 1 -1 safety training along with over 1200 hours of continuing safety education and training. I have my QC Certificate from the Army Core of Engineers. I have experience working with N.A.T.O., the D.O.D. and the Army Core of Engineers. I have my Bachelor of Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
