I have over 2 decades of experience in Maintenance, starting as a maintenance machinist, progressing through the levels of Lead, Supervisor and Manager. My passion is in solving problems and improving systems. This is where I have always felt the highest level of job satisfaction. My style of leadership is collaborative rather than heavy-handed but I still believe strongly in clear expectations and accountability.
