Experience with salt analysis in product and seasoning, FFA and PV analysis of oils, oxygen contents and seal integrity, as well as allergen and gluten environmental swab. Gluten sampling with swab and analysis via CHEMWELL . Versed in sterile techniques, laboratory safety and waste management, pH testing and maintenance- titration, distillation, aspiration and filtration, infrared/nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, electrophoresis, hydrolysis, isolation cultivation maintenance and identification of bacterial pure cultures via spread/ streak/ pour plate technique and varies staining methods, chromatography, western blot, identifying samples through cultivation with known indicators. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a record of establishing positive relationships with collaborators, professors and researchers. Experienced in training of new employees as well as task delegation, resource management, and quality assurance. * Excellent working ethics, personal integrity and full ownership of task at hand. * Fluent in English and Polish with some knowledge of Spanish
