Seeking a full-time opportunity to work as a spiritual care chaplain in the hospice field, where I am able to contribute my experiences and my skills with the interdisciplinary's team in a daily basis. * Bringing relevant knowledge and clinical pastoral education skills to maximize the quality of life of patients and employees while motivating healthcare staff * Over 10 years' experience as a Chaplain and pastor * Ordained and endorsed by ACM/North American Division * Well versed in assessing the patient/families spiritual needs and the level of spiritual distress * Adept at providing patient and family with spiritual counseling * Ensures that patient and family beliefs and practices are well respected religiously * Currently working as part- time chaplain with Community hospice and Abib hospice * Director of Driven Hope /an international organization located in Haiti since 2003 RELATED EXPERTISE * Track record of providing Pastoral care and support to patients, employees, hospital staff, and hospice staff * Great ability to work with the people of different cultures * Solid standing in the Church through priestly support * Proven ability in pastoring to patients, residents, and clients with unstable physical and mental dysfunctions
