The unit that involved during this period are the following, 501G, 501F, W501FD, W501FC, W501FD2, W501G, - W501G, W501F, V94.3A Gas turbine unit and Mature Frame Installation, During this period in Kingston, Jamaica - Millennium Power Project (Massachusetts) 180MW Steam turbine unit - Londonderry Power Project (New Hampshire) 220 MW Steam turbine unit I oversee and lead a major outage that included the removal of the Generator rotor and Steam turbine stationary and rotating components such as HP IP LP turbine blade for repairs and installation. I also worked on the repairs of different type of valves Boiler feed water pump auxiliary components lube oil pump as well as lift oil pump and boiler components such as HP IP LP drums boiler blow down vessel boiler burner and boiler tubing repair. Generator work the sites listed above I performed outages that included generator components repair work. I inspected and repaired three types of generators such as open air cool generator closed air and water cool generator and Hydrogen cool generators. Designed coal refining vessels and analyzed coal character in terms of BTU upgrading and minimizing of emission system such as CO2 NO2 S and Mercury for coal fire power plant companies. I also worked as Field Service Engineer at Gillette Wyoming KFX Coal fire refinery plant. During this period my responsibility was to lead a crew of maintenance personnel for repairs of different type of coal fire power plant components such as control valves non-return valves or check valve extraction valves emergency stop valves over load valves feed water pumps auxiliary lube oil pumps and the main lube oil pump. Worked also on repairing of coal pulverized components and completed boiler work such as repair of HP and IP drums repair of control valves repair of steam pipes repair of steam heating tubes boiler blow down pipes and repair of duck burners. Equipment/Technology: Alstom steam turbine unit that include D11 and D12 steam turbine unit and Westinghouse Steam Turbine and Generator Maintenance outage.
