Summary of Qualifications: * Twenty plus years of continuous Engineering, Contract Management, Procurement, Cost Controls, and Sales * Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Estimator, Purchasing Manager, Project Engineer and Project Manager. * Civil Engineering degree from Arizona State University (BSCE.1984), Specialty in Environmental Engineering * Design experience preparing proposals, layout design, evaluations, contract documents, and bid packages. * Six Years Mechanical and Civil Design experience from owner concepts to completed projects * Effective Coordinator, Supervisor and Team Player with owners, vendors, professional and union personnel. Contractor Project Management Project Coordinator - EQT Midstream - Clarksburg, W. Virginia Construction Division - 9/17 to 12/17 - Develop supporting documents for cost budget of new projects and CAPEX proposals - Track monthly progress and cost for ongoing projects and update forecasts through project completion. - Review and project CPM schedules weekly and integrate Change Order cost and time extensions - Prepare month end accruals and update work books. Field Cost Analyst / Project Controls - Enbridge Energy - Flanagan IL Oil Storage Facility - 6/12 to 9/17 - Responsible for On-site Cost Management and Progress tracking of eleven separate Contracts totaling $300 million. - Create and maintain Contract Change logs compare actual and forecasted costs with project budget and schedules - Projects included (10) 18 mil Gallon storage tanks, (4) complete Pumping Stations, (3) Manifold systems and Fire Pond. - Setup WBS and Schedule tracking programs based on original Contract and maintain cumulative weekly progress updates. - Prepare and present Project Controls requirements to the Construction team at the Pre-bid and provide updates weekly. - Track Daily on-site Labor and equipment hours along with construction material and contracted Equipment deliveries. - Review and record on site deliveries against owner approved submittals and shop drawings for compliance. - Review and process Contract Change Order requests for feasibility and track all T&M costs on a daily and cumulative basis. - Maintain client based Share Point updates for weekly budget and schedule analysis, alert client on any "Red Flag" areas. - Complete final close out document including reconciled cost reports, final activity schedule, retention and warranties. - Perform daily project walk downs and attend all field meetings through completion of final punch list items.
