A seasoned banker with decades of experience and a proven track record of success. Started banking career as a teller and worked my way up to become President and CEO of three community banks. During this time I had an opportunity to work in almost every area of a bank. Lending was always a big part of my responsibilities including residential real estate commercial properties and corporate lending. I have also been very involved in the Retail Banking areas from managing offices to managing regions with large number of branches. I was instrumental in establishing the entire branch network for U.S. Century Bank (USCB) which is still considered to be one of the best banking branch networks in Miami-Dade County. One of my biggest asset is in leading and motivating people.
