PROFILE Obed has vast Plant Engineering and Project Management experience in Refineries, Petrochemicals and Fertilizer Plants. Obed has expertise in Process equipment & piping design together with their fabrication, installation, inspection, operation, reliability, maintenance & troubleshooting. He has developed and managed numerous multi disciplinary BrownField CAPEX projects. He also played key roles from concept to commissioning and Final Acceptance for some mega grass roots projects of Petrochemical Plant complexes and hydrocarbon Storage and Shipping Terminals. Obed has managed many projects on behalf of Owner / Operator Companies with full technical and financial responsibility. He also has experience working for EPC Contractor and OEM / Technology Vendor. Obed has also established, managed and supervised teams of multi discipline engineers and provided Technical / Engineering Support to operating Petrochemical plants & Refineries. Obed has experience in Proposals and Business Development too.
