Much of my career has involved working as the project manager or technical lead in support of the Dept. of Defense (DOD), the VA and the Dept. of State (DOS). My experience includes: configuration management, software/systems development, test & evaluation, systems integration, manufacturing, risk mitigation and project engineering with much of that time serving as the project/program manager. My technical experience includes: requirements analysis, process improvement, data analysis, prototype development, system installation & testing as well as piezo-electric ceramic testing, infrared surveillance system design and ship system modernization. Recent experience includes system QA testing and data analysis for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development efforts in Agile environments. I take pride in successfully using the knowledge I've gained over the years to embrace new challenges.
