Profile An experienced, energetic and highly motivated insurance professional, with integrity, customer focus, hardworking with the spirit of teamwork and the desire to succeed in enriching lives through excellence teamwork, is seeking a full time position of a Branch middle-level manager in any Insurance Company or an Agency in Denver, Colorado. As a mid-level manager, my responsibilities would include but by no means limited to the following: Managing day to day business operations of the company or branch agency's office with maximum productivity. Setting appointments and interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and insurance needs. Recommending insurance policies to fit the needs of individual's clients and generate sales and services of the existing clients to make sure their insurance needs are met. Supervise and manage staff, implement new ways of improving and increasing productivity, thus minimizing loss risk, analyzing statistical insurance claims and making sure that cash reserves are sufficient for potential payments. Summary of Additional Duties and Responsibilities My essential duties and responsibilities as a management agent to my prospective Insurance Company include, but not limited to the understated functions: * Determine insurance premium rates based upon the Company's Guidelines business structure and management system. * In autos, Casualty, Fire insurance contracts, appraisers, and investigations before settling claims. Insure that claims are processed and settled in timely manner and resolves issues that might arise during the process. Obtain, and oversee company's insurance and/or related funds that management uses to cover cost, such as disability benefits, Final Expenses and lawsuits. * The above means, I am familiar with "Final Expense" in Health and Life Insurance contracts and can work on 15 or more leads each week. . * As a former Insurance Agent from (Feb. 1993 to July 2006) I had successfully trained, managed and supervised all levels of staff in Insurance Industry, when I operated an independent insurance Agency, selling policies for Automobiles, Fire, Homeowners and Life Insurance in Dallas, Texas. * I left the field and returned to school for my Second Master's Degree in Education and eventually PhD in General Psychology and (earned 105 credit hours the maximum hours required for graduation. Though uncompleted would write dissertation and attend the remaining 2 Colloquia. * Ready to return to Insurance industry because the number of retiring "Baby-boomers" is tripling in the near future. I would make more money selling Health Care and Life Insurance products than teaching Education Courses or Psychology. With little help I can study and obtain Colorado Insurance License and continue with my strong core values and passion to help improve the lives of people the company I would be working for would serve. * Help educate potential clients on the financial realities of retirement, thus help provide clients peace of mind and financial security through the products and services of the company I would be serving. * In addition to managing sales and Final Expense I've also been a part of the industry which understands that each successful sale is inherently a critical constituent of a broader strategy for a long-term growth and steady gains in market share. With this in mind, I would be able to promote the Health Care, Life and Security retirement Insurance growth while generating satisfactory customer base as well as delivering a high quality that sets a stage for long-term growth and success. After training, the Financial Realities that I would be dealing in, would include but not limited to the following:- (1) Retirement Income, (2) Final Expenses (3) Assisted Care and (4) Health Expenses including medical bills which in some cases amount to 68% and without insurance leads to bankruptcy. Educating clients on the products to buy would provide them peace of mind, as well as trustworthy security. With the level of my education, would appreciate an opportunity to undertake the required training not only for the license, but also determine the best options of continuous internal training through what might be the cornerstone recognized by about "Top 120" Insurance Programs nationwide. Would endeavor to serve in any respected insurance brands in the industry-focusing on the needs of the baby-boomers retirement market. . * It is anticipated more than 80 million baby-boomers would retire shortly thus provide one of the fastest growling markets for insurance industry and would be available for day-to day appointments in the office I would serve. The training would help offer clients financial stability and well defined needs. Learn proven methods of meeting new people rather than facing the same group of student's day in day out for ten weeks or more. * After training, the products I would deal on would include a solid line of competitively priced insurance products that would include, but not limited to the following: (1) Life Insurance (2) Critical Illness Insurance, (3) Hospital Indemnity Insurance (4) Long-term, Home health care and short-term care Insurance. In addition the training would help identify various prospecting and selling markets and expand the company's customer base. * As a branch mid-level manager, it would be my responsibility to coordinate day to-day activities of the company. As an insurance branch manager, I would be responsible for every detail and compliance oriented closing procedure * Manage daily activities of the branch office, with duties such as processing insurance claim (Home, Health care, Mortgage, Casualty and Life) marketing, auditing, Loss prevention, and underwriting. As a branch manager, would hire, train, and monitor the performance of new insurance agents. * Provide and update the Regional Office manager, regarding operating results, insurance trends and competitors' methods.
