SUMMARY Mr. Rafael E. Mejías, is an Engineer who provides technical assistance, consultancy and advisory services to private companies, investors and corporate management in the Oil & Gas, LNG and Power businesses. During his long international career, he has worked with private industries, commercial developers, investors, governments, and entrepreneurs to support conceptual advances and provide technical reviews, advice, and guidance. His services include technical coordination, evaluation, design confirmation, project implementation, execution strategy, planning, and operational analyses. Mr. Mejías' experience covers new and existing oil & gas upstream, middle stream, LNG and power generation plants, including oil and gas production, treatment, transmission and export facilities, and refining and petrochemicals facilities. Mr. Mejías is a veteran Project Manager with "hands-on" experience managing design, construction, and commissioning of major oil & gas and power projects. He has a successful record of project control, reporting and contract administration through all phases of project execution. He brings and extensive knowledge to managing the most critical aspects of project implementation including host government concerns for national participation in procurement and efficient labor management. During the past three years, Mr. Mejías worked oversea as a petroleum, and power consultant. Mr. Mejías is bilingual, English and Spanish, with USA citizenship and Venezuelan native nationality. He is capable and comfortable working effectively in any US environment .
