The project was to migrate and/or upgrade the functionality of existing products in an old system to the new system with the calculations still coming from old system. This was a complex project which involved coordinating with numerous teams including vendor, application teams from old and new system, 2 proxy teams, Web Services team and Data warehouse teams. It also included managing the resources and their allocations in Clarity and providing weekly status to management team via status reports and calls. * Earlier to this, I worked as Application Inventory project manager to identify and collect information regarding all the applications across New York Life. Created project charter and project plan for the Application inventory project.
