PROFILE Most all my career has been in a roll where I am the face of the corporation either in the design process when I practiced Architecture, and then was the point person in interviews, presentations during my construction tenure. I am responsible for negotiations with Clients to bring the Client to full contract agreement. I center my career in Client satisfaction in the product provided for them and guide the Client to value engineer their project to provide them with the best project possible within their budget. I am an expert in applying a consultative, solution-based approach and building high-trust, long-term relationships for client satisfaction and retention. I have created additional earnings to every project I have control of, and never lost money on a project. I believe in enhancing the earnings of a project if the Owner increases or reduces the scope of the work.
