Process for variety packs in juice production lines. Developed CIP COP procedures for products containing Allergens to avoid cross contamination in Juice lines. Responsible for scheduling new equipment certification operating manuals and training of operators: Trouble shoot problems with manufacturing and processes. Develop safety procedures for those working with potentially dangerous chemicals. Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
