I have always been a very curious person and enjoy learning new technology and new ways with existing technology tools at work to help solve problems. I have in-depth knowledge with Enterprise level administration tools including Active Directory management, SCCM, SDM and Zen Desk help desk ticket systems, RDP, VPN, VNC, Citrix and VMware. Configuring Layers and supporting desktops in VMWare, SharePoint Content Management, hardware, software and network diagnostics for resolving problems, Microsoft office suite including in depth knowledge in Microsoft Access, Visio and Microsoft Projects. Creation and management of databases both online and local databases, relational database development in Access 15 years, Concordance, Summation Blaze, Lotus Notes and Alpha Software Database systems development 5 years.
