Have experience with defense manufacturing (General Dynamics F-16 program), Banking (Deposit Guaranty) and Retail (Hudson's Bay/Saks Fifth Avenue). * Transitioned during a 3 to 5-year period from the technical side to the Project Management and integration and implementation side of information platforms for the business. Was "lead" in driving enterprise and external vendor solutions for quality deployments with on time deliverables that saved the company measurable time in addition to expenses. * I have been in the Senior Project Management role for over 11 years. * Planned and Implemented the Ariba procurement software suite for Saks Fifth Avenue and led the migration team in deploying to the "cloud solution" * Senior Project Manager/Director for the "Ariba Procurement and Sourcing" project that involved coordinating a team that ranged from 25-35 people over the course of 2 years, covering 2 continents. Have progressively moved from the design and management of projects to overseeing management of projects from small to medium size up to large scale initiatives involving large, multi-million-dollar company strategies.
