Qualifications: * MHA Degree in Healthcare Administration * Served as Radiation Safety Officer in last 2 positions. Primary goal was to reduce patient dose rates and have staff comply with ALARA standards. Worked with physicist on a quarterly basis to review records and perform regulatory testing. * Effective operation and management of multiple/diagnostic centers * Extensive knowledge in regulatory and compliance issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Able to prioritize and meet deadlines * Able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization including physicians, administration, customers and peers. * Implemented and trained as a superuser for NexGen PM and EMR systems, trained staff and made revisions as necessary for work flow. * Implemented and trained staff as a superuser for McKesson PACS systems both in archiving and displaying patient studies as well as building report templates for imaging reporting. Responsible for monthly reports to merge studies, troubleshoot incomplete data. * Responsible for the purchase, install, training of staff and building protocols for multiple nuclear camera systems including GE, Siemens, and Phillips. Implemented protocols and worked with applications to build protocols that best suited the goals of reduced radiation dosing to patients and workflow productivity.
