June 2005 - 2002 Served a garments manufacturing industry, where was elevated to the position of General Manager HR & Admin. Planned, organized and implemented various policies and procedures suiting to the working environment of the industry. It includes computer-based applications for records and report generations. 2002 - 2000 Established and managed a courier company for Karachi operations under a franchise. It covered operations in all of Karachi with services available for other domestic and international destinations . Introduced and successfully operated sentimental express. 2000 - 1970 Served Pakistan Navy as commissioned officer at its various shore and sea going units. . During the service attended Foreign Officers Supply Course ( FOSCO ) at Athens Georgia Naval base, USA . Retired in 2000 at the rank of Captain. Qualifications
