Enabling on-time and on-budget launch of $70 million facility while seamlessly supporting customer requirements. * Led inter-company team assigned with analyzing processes, identifying gaps and initiating actions to contain annual price increases between manufacturing and sales companies. Actions resulted in savings of over $20 million in the first year.
