SUMMARY Clinical Product Manager for web based hosted clinical software application focusing on key performance indicator metrics, Ventilator Associated Event trending, and process compliance improvement for Respiratory Therapy customers with patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Provides product feature enhancement User Stories and Requirements, product release documentation and participates in daily Agile Scrum stand-up meetings. Has frequent customer interfacing experience including but not limited to Voice of Customer Feedback sessions to obtain validation and recommendations for customer focused product feature enhancements. Provides product support and product training to customers, ventilation sales team and ventilation technical support team members. Extensive operating room experience as Clinical Research Specialist collecting data for 510K submissions for the development and product release of multiparameter reading pulse oximetry sensors. Has a thorough knowledge of healthcare manufacturing and hospital industries. Registered Respiratory Therapist with current Respiratory Care Practitioner license with the Respiratory Care Board of California.
