Qualifications * * Demonstrates excellent ability to read prints from engineers, architects and corporate documents and conveys required instructions to all subcontractors, vendors and clearly explains details to the customer. * High performer with ability to work professionally in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. * Strong sense of urgency. * Confident in managing contractors. * Detailed orientated, management of quality control and site safety. * Excellent skills in scheduling material delivery and subcontractors to avoid dry runs and material theft. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Experience with masonry construction, engineered concrete structures, a multitude of concrete floor systems, poured in place walls, floors and roofs, and precast floor panels. * Zero defects policy prior to closing. * Experience in conventional framing, including floor and roof trusses. * Constructed a multitude of engineered foundation design including bell bottom auger piers, auger piers and post tension systems. * Experience in elevator installations, fire sprinkler systems, fully automated technology, solar systems, backup generators, lightning protection, swimming pools with outdoor recreation centers, and many amenities which fits the customer's lifestyle. * Experience with many municipalities, engineering firms, health department and fire/security issues for code compliance.
