Description
SUMMARY: * Established the processes to manage the production of company's first consumer facing video streaming product and track the production through all stages of manufacturing and correlate test results from different stages for yield improvements. * Applied engineering knowledge in defining product definitions and specifications to achieve the right balance of performance, reliability, cost trade-offs. * Demonstrated leadership skills in managing application engineering/customer support teams, firmware/software engineering teams, as well as project management. Experiences include building up multi-discipline engineering team, setting budget and equipment requirements, monitoring progress and allocate resources according to project priorities. * Familiar with networking standards such as Ethernet, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, MoCA, G.hn, MPEG, TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, and other communications standards, as well as video streaming methods. Worked with PC interfaces such as USB, SATA, HDMI, PCIe and others.
