My nature and instincts are to look for all moving parts in construction operations, and how they relate my experiences give me the ability to see things immediately on projects and in teams, always working the critical path in my mind for optimum efficiencies. 5. When those times come when special and specific attention must be given to issues such as procuring business, project deployment, contract negotiations, claims and project data analysis assembling the details and putting the facts together to bring the goals forward, all become very rewarding. b.
