I am a mechanical design engineer because it is what I am, not what I do. If you are looking for someone who understand FEA, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Cost, Cyclic failure, Failure Analysis, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO certification, etc., with a strong background in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidWorks fluids and Office, I have extensive experience in all of these areas. I am experienced in fluid dynamics and intergranular failure based on flow characteristics and cavitation as well as solutions for fluid failure issues. I have worked with fluids at mock speed as well as at a slow electron component design for potting. DESIGN CREDO: Do it in software first. Second do it with Electronic controls. As a last resort, build the simplest mechanical device possible in conjunction with the software and electronics, to do the job.
