Managed $100M programs as a Tier 1 supplier of Boeing parts manufacture and assembly of the 787 Section 47 Floor Grid and 777 winglet. 1. Led an integrated product team to satisfy customer delivery schedule 98.7% and reduced cycle time from 1300 labor hours to less than 600 hours. 1. Responsible for kick-off/start-up of both programs successfully manufacturing the 1st zero defect grid on production unit 7 and achieved first pass quality of 100% on production unit 14. 2014 - 2015 CR Bard Moncks Corner, SC Lean Champion 1. Managed lean transformation of a $40M latex manufacturing facility 2. Created Operational Excellence program for latex production resulting in waste reduction by 14%, overtime reduction by 70% and expedited the introduction of new products. 3. Implemented lean training and lean tools: values stream mapping, kaizen, 5S, Employee Involvement teams and culture of continuous improvement, to achieve record metrics in cycle times and quality compliance.
