Profile I am a highly motivated individual who have dedicated my life's work to building and construction trades in one form or another. I started my work career as a laborer and carpenter's helper. During the late 70's I also learned basic wiring, plumbing, masonry and painting. Starting in 1992 I worked for several years as a maintenance mechanic. I served as a Facilities Coordinator for five years where I supervised the maintenance staff and had oversight of all construction projects large and small. I managed a trades training operation with thirteen classrooms and nineteen teachers for the day programs-as well as nine classrooms and fourteen instructors for the evening programs. I was a Field Supervisor/ Maintenance Mechanic as part of a team that handled 50 Scattered Sites. Prepare lessons and deliver a Pennsylvania Department of Education Building and Property Maintenance Program on the high school level.
