As an ORP - Maintenance Superintendent set up the central maintenance department, main reparable workshop and Utilities. * Operation & maintenance management of central workshop. * Operation & maintenance management of utilities (Power, air, water and LNG.) * Operation & maintenance management of mobile fleet and rental fleet. * Outsourcing services contracts management. * Implemented PM and PDM plans using Oracle eAM, ISO equipment procedures and standards, reliability methodologies like problem solving tools, root cause analysis, monthly reports (equipment availability, major breakdowns, maintenance cost performance, bad actors) and crew training. Implemented a spare parts (min/max) management based on reliability criteria matrix for critical equipment. * Successfully led the first ISO 9001 internal audit in maintenance area. * Awarded in the International Maintenance Audit in 2007 where we got excellent level concept (scoring 813).
