QUALIFICATIONS: * Combat Systems subject matter expert, 20 plus years experience to include DTE, CSSQT, C5RA, CSRA, C4I, C5I, C4ISR, C5ISR, production control and management, plus ship modernization * Experienced in installation, pre and post maintenance analysis testing, interfaces, troubleshooting, modernization, and all operation of the Combat Systems * Ships Maintenance Management Officer- 14 years * Electronics Materials Officer * Division Officer- 14 years * SWO qualified * TAO qualified (CVN, LPD) * DTE experience * CSSQT experience * C5RA, CSRA experience - 15 years * Project Management- 14 years
