SUMMARY The experience gained over a thirty-six (36) year career in corporate real estate for a Fortune 250 company has equipped me to combine technical and transactional skills with the vision and strategy required in a leadership position. I have sold complex properties acquired and permitted land for new terminal developments in the face of local opposition and political doubt managed joint venture hotel and residential developments and guided a 90 person team of professionals delivering excellent real estate services to internal and external customers. This diverse exposure positions me to add value in a corporate structure, consulting environment or development capacity.
