Career Summary Eight years of successful experience in the repair/sales field of industrial flow control and process & Skills automation. Within those eight years, I have spent almost half of that time, as a technician and supervisor. Those roles allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in metallurgy, lathe operation, mig/tig welding, valve failure analysis, predictive maintenance, parts research and precision assembly. I have spent the last 5 years in this industry, mastering the roles of scheduler/planner, technical inside sales and product line manager. These roles allowed me gain exceptional communication skills with management, technicians, customers, and vendors. I have gained great experience providing excellent customer service, meeting repair deadlines with proper planning, maintaining vendor relationships, and being efficient in a high stress environment. The last year has been spent sizing/selecting valves, competitively bidding jobs, participating in walk-downs, working with outside salesman on strategies and meeting/exceeding revenue goals every month.
